“The hotel is clean and decor is minimal, but comfortable.The hotel restauant is great, very good food and drinks! Staff is very friendly and accomodating. The views of the lake from our room and deck (room 2B) and dining area are fabulous! Beautiful lake!.The only down side is this hotel is very remote and the roads that lead to it are very rough - all dirt and very far from the main road. Some Ubers did not want to drive to the hotel. However, the hotel did provide transportation for a fee.”

“Beautiful views!! There are some hiking and mountain biking trails on the grounds, and a small coffee farm. Besides that there isn’t a whole lot to do so I suggest 2-3 days at most. Breakfast is included in your stay but for all your other meals you only have the choice of the restaurant, which had good food but it is a separate fee. ”

“The customer services here is 10/10, since the guy at the front desk (friendly and kind) and every single person of the staff. Food was the cherry on the top, it was way better than our expectations, pool bar was amazing too”

Quelques améliorations pourraient toutefois rendre l’expérience encore meilleure : • Le personnel pourrait bénéficier d’une meilleure connaissance des activités offertes dans la région. Leur manque d’information nous a surpris et a rendu la planification un peu plus difficile. • L’air climatisé de notre chambre……
