It would be better if they could provide useful information, such as nearby restaurants, when guests check in at the counter—especially since the hotel does not have its own dining facilities. "We were staying in annex Japanese Western room with river view, room is very spacious and comfortable. We were enjoying the buffet meals (breakfast and dinner) with lots of varieties of foods and drinks (included alcohol at dinner time only), also enjoying lounge with free drinks after dinner. Staff are very helpful and friendly, we would definitely stay at the same hotel again."
