"The room was very big for a family of 4 adults, very comfortable, it has a washing machine and a dryer. The rooms were clean, except the toilet was not, the staff responded promptly to come up to clean it. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. The staff Ms Kim was very helpful, she helped to organise the taxi for us."

"A truly enjoyable stay at ENA Suite Seoul. We’ve been going back to this same hotel a few times every year . The room is spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day out. Housekeeping is impeccable — the team always does a wonderful job keeping everything neat and fresh throughout our stay. The location is also very strategic, with easy access to key areas around the city. A great choice for a comfortable and fuss-free stay in Seoul! Grateful to Daniel for rendering help on our last day of stay and offering to help us with reservations at reputable restaurants! "Everything was perfect. They cleaned my room everyday, the staff was amazing, the room itself was very satisfying, basically like a suite. I was also able to do my own laundry prior to leaving. The Panorama Lounge and Bar had very good views of the city. The hotel’s located at the center of all the main attractions, I was basically able to just walk around to most of them. Overall, will definitely come back again next time I’m in Seoul. "
