“I appreciated the intimacy of the villa location-- close enough to Duval St. Yet, close the gates and limited lodging allowed for serenity by the pool. Amenities abounded and how fun to have specialty cocktails at happy hour. Breakfast and snack options were more than generous. Their attention to detail and guest services were outstanding.”

“The courtyard was beautiful and relaxing especially at night. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Being able to have breakfast on site was a nice way to start the morning at a slower pace. It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected based on the location. ”

“We stayed for three nights and it was a great place. The room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the pool. It’s a great location, within walking distance of everything. Brandy was very helpful and accommodating, making sure everything went well with our stay. Would definitely come back again.”

“The property was in a good location and the rooms were visibly clean. We had issues with the lack of privacy- the first couple rooms are right by the entrance and where breakfast is set up. The breakfast was right along the wall of our room so we could hear guests early in the morning. Also for the price the bathrooms are quite small and very outdated, could use a renovation. The staff was lovely and did their best to be accommodating.”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, and the parking lot across the street is very convenient. It is a beautiful boutique hotel with a lot of character, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The small swimming pool in the center courtyard is very lovely. However, the rooms feel a bit cramped, and the breakfast was rather too simple — there was not even any milk available.”

“It’s a good location and gives you easy access to a lot of spots nearby, but keep a few things in mind. They charge a $45 daily resort fee for snacks and water, and the two bottles of water in the room aren’t complimentary — if you drink them, they charge $5 each. The extra fees felt pretty sneaky overall. The room itself was extremely small and clearly not designed for spending much time in. The room smelled strongly like chlorine, and the LED light on the ceiling fan wouldn’t turn off at……
