Great location and nicely furnished

We found the house was in a great safe neighborhood. Uber was only about $8.00 typically to broadway and the convention center. We would definitely stay again with this host.

Easter weekend family get together

Oldest granddaughter goes to Belmont..family flew in from NH to visit...our condo was perfect ...clean, well slicked and a great location. Will be renting this condo next trip!

Nice place

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home/condo. Very reasonably priced for the dates we were in Nashville visiting our adult son. We didn’t use the kitchen much, but it appeared well appointed. Some outside noise, but that was to be expected based on the location of the property. Great location also…in the heart of the city. Only suggestion I would give is instructions for the garage entry, as parking/driveway was at the back of the house and we had to enter thru the front door, where the keypad was located, Overall great place, would stay again.

Nice but, floors were dirty and toilet in Master kept clogging

Overall it was a good location however, we did have some issues. The toilet in the master clogged several times and this was noted previously in other reviews. The floors in the bathrooms were very dirty and we had to clean them ourselfes. Also, it is hard to park int he garage because you must go through the house to open and close it.

Great Space for our Family

This property had great space for our family of 5. Each bedroom is on a different level. The layout of the master bathroom is a little wonky - the toilet room shared with the main space, and the doors got in the way a little bit as you're walking through to the sinks. But overall, that wasn't a big deal. The bedroom carpet seemed a little dingy and the main floors weren't as clean as I would like, but otherwise it was nice. My kids loved the bunk room! The showers were very nice - felt like spa shower heads, and the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend this property to any big group or family visiting Nashville.

Good, some maintenance issues.

The property looks like the pictures however the carpet in two bedrooms is gross, worn down and stained. If you notice in the pics you can’t see much of the carpet and I think they have a filter on the pictures. They have plenty of kitchenware for cooking, they have lots of complimentary toiletries too. The host was extremely responsive and let us check in an hour early which was nice. There just wasn’t attention to detail to make me want to book there again: there were ants, standing water in shower, light bulbs out. They offered to fix the shower but we weren’t staying there long so not worth it.

Overall it was a nice place to stay. It would be nice to have extra kitchen towels & entry access through the garage. Property manager was very helpful. Do not walk after dark!

Awesome time - comfortable

Very comfortable and nicely appointed. Three of us stayed and each had our own floor with ensuites. Close to broadway - downtown. Highly recommended!! Lots of stairs. Owner was AWESOME and answered questions very quickly.

Nice Property, But…

The condo is modern, spacious, and well equipped. There were several maintenance issues which were brought to the attention of the Property Management Team (clogged drain, burnt out lightbulb, trash scattered around the front of the unit, etc) which were not addressed. Overall, the condo was convenient, nicely finished, fairly clean, and comfortable for our five-day stay. It’s great to park in a private garage but I’d suggest providing a code for the garage door so you don’t have to park the car in back, walk around front to gain entry through the front door, walk back through the unit to open the garage door, then pull your car in. Just a thought. Despite a few problems we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing Home!
