2 bedroom 2 bath duplex on single story. Home was just finished being fully remodeled , new comfortable beds, cozy living room furniture, all updated bathrooms, kitchen appliances, and large covered patio with privacy fenced back yard.

The Space:
One story home with easy access with plenty of parking.

This home is located just one mile from historic downtown Franklin, where you’ll find many retail shops and fabulous restaurants, take a short walk to beautiful Pinkerton Park, down the street from Factory of Franklin for Saturday morning Farmers market, unique shops, restaurants, and entertainment, and a couple minutes to Cool Springs for many more restaurants, shopping & fun.

Large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, storage, and stainless appliances. You will find everything you need for cooking. 200mbps Wifi and cable, comfortable new beds, all linens, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll paper towels included.
*Fireplace is non functional

Washer and dryer on site with ironing board and iron for your convenience.

Yard is fully fenced in the back and dogs are welcome, there are 2 dogs maximum, they must be crated if you are not there with them. You must disclose pets prior to stay and there is a $75 pet fee to be paid prior to check in..

Great location, close to downtown & a nice park for the kids. Pet friendly with a fenced backyard was nice as well. Clean, comfortable, reasonably priced, and everything we needed for a family weekend getaway for PumpkinFest. Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable in great neighborhood!

We particularly like the fenced in backyard for our dog. And there is a wonderful park around the corner and easy walk. The property is comfortable in all the right places, including the bed. Everything was clean and made our stay quite comfortable.

Lovely stay in Franklin

Large home allowed the 2 of us to have our own bedroom and bathroom. Clean and spacious bathrooms and kitchen had all appliances one could want. About one mile from the center of town - very convenient! We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great location

Perfect location for visiting the Franklin/Leiper's Fork area! Wish we had stayed longer! This was a perfect place for two couples. Two bathrooms are a must for us! The house was very well stocked and clean.

Comfortable

Booking this property was easy and the check-in was easy. The house was just as depicted in the pictures and was very comfortable. Our children, who are live in Nashville, were able to visit with us and there was plenty of room for eating meals together and watching football. The beds are on the soft side which my husband enjoyed. Check-out was easy and we look forward to being able to book another stay in this home.

Great stay “A home away from home”

Our first time using Vrbo, the owners of the property we stayed at were very helpful and made the process easier for us as well. They answered all questions we before we booked in a timely manner and were available for assistance if needed. Travelling with our pets we found this place very spacious and private. Plenty of amenities to make it feel like your home away from home. Great location close to everything. Dont miss biscuit love or chop house both with mins and recommended by hosts.

Convenient location

We stayed here for a long weekend to visit friends and tour parts of Franklin. The house is located very close to downtown . The bedrooms were spacious and well equipped bathrooms. Kitchen and living area were spacious and comfortable and also comfortably equipped. The backyard had comfortable lawn furniture and was fenced so that it was not a worry to let my dog outside. Overall, I would recommend and would stay again!

Great location, basic accommodations

It was a perfect location for our girlfriends group! The keyless entry lock was troublesome because one of the buttons did not work well. We struggled with that each time we had to use our code. The inside was very clean, but very basic decor and toiletries/bedding. We always felt safe and had all the essentials we needed. We did not use the backyard space, but it looked very nice. The location made this place GREAT!

Great Location

We were in town for The Pilgrimage Festival in September 2023 and the property was perfect for our family. We were able to walk to the festival and neighborhood felt very safe. A couple of minor issues when we arrived but one text to Melissa and she was on top of it. 30 minute drive to Nashville taking the backroads through Brentwood was a great way to avoid interstate traffic. We would recommend this location and would stay here again if our travels take us to this area.
