You’ll be welcomed on arrival to a bright and airy open-concept main floor. The living room highlights ample seating, and a Smart TV.
Steps away, the kitchen is equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances and everything you need to whip up signature southern-style dishes from home. Beautiful honey-planked ceilings add a depth of character and warmth to an already charming space. The center island with 2 stools allows for additional prep space or a centralized area for fellow guests to gather.
The home sleeps up to 5 guests comfortably between 2 private bedrooms on the 2nd floor and a futon in the living room. Each space is outfitted with cozy linens to ensure everyone has a restful stay.
Bedroom #1 offers a Queen bed and Bedroom #2 is furnished with a King. The bedrooms are on either side of a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom, providing both rooms with access to a well-equipped ensuite with shower/tub combo. A convenient half bathroom on the main floor is an additional space for guests to refresh.
The home is in a prime location to explore the neighborhood and downtown attractions. There are several cafes, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues within a 10-minute walk. If you appreciate the history and process of the southern distillery, Nelson’s Green Brier Distillery and Corsair Distillery & Taproom are both under a mile away.
