Everything was excellent. We would stay here again. We are retired and this was a great choice for location and for how well kept it is. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching!

I have stayed at this property with my family several times throughout the years and have always had a wonderful experience. The units are clean, comfortable, and convenient to the best neighborhoods in Nashville. Highly recommend booking!

Great location and apartment

Perfect neighborhood..very walkable and safe with tons of cute shops and dining. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. Communication with owners was easy and efficient. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great location!!

The apartment was great!! Location, cleanliness, in unit washer & dryer …. Awesome!Only note I have - and I may have missed it - is to be aware there is no elevator so bringing all your luggage up the many stairs may be a factor. We would definitely stay here again!!

Incredible location

We enjoyed the condo...it was modern and beautiful with everything you needed and it was in a fantastic neighborhood. So nice to walk out your door and have so many restaurants, coffee cafes, shops and places for a drink. The condo owner was very nice and helped with any questions we had. I highly recommend this condo.

The Perfect Place to Stay

I really liked my short stay in Nashville. Nightly price was competitive. The condo was spacious and clean. The host(s) were friendly and responsive. Every morning, I grabbed some coffee from White Bison and every night I had a night cap at one of the many restaurants on 12th. Perfect starting/drop off point for me via Uber. Space was quiet too. I would definitely stay here again.

We love the location of this property. It was well-maintained and clean. The bed and bedding was so comfortable. Wish I could have taken it home with me. The host had excellent communication. Directions were very clear. The unit is on a top level with many stairs (30) to access it. Anyone with mobility issues could likely have difficulty with this. Parking was not a problem whatsoever, even with a busy Halloween weekend. I would definitely recommend this property for a couple, but not really younger children.

Clean condo in great location

I had a fabulous stay while visiting my son at Lipscomb. The condo was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The check in and check out was easy. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. I will be back! Thank you for sharing your home.

Lipscomb baseball cisit

The apartment is in a prime location. Clean and convenient. Only draw back is the present construction that starts very early in the morning. Definitely will stay here again!!!

Great Choice for Nashville Stay

Nice clean property. Great neighborhood. Parking included. French press and coffee provided. Close enough to downtown to bike (a bit far to walk). The bar downstairs has great snack food and music at night (no problem with noise in the unit). Coffee and breakfast nearby. Thanks for the stay

Great little spot in a super little neighborhood

Great little spot in a super little neighborhood - friendly, clean, easy distance to shops and fantastic restaurants. Our host was great to recommend other incredible places to eat as well. The space itself is a little dated but as it should with the constant use. I will be returning with my husband to stay when we visit Nashville again. Happy Travels!

Amazing Location!

I decided to try vrbo instead of a hotel for my last business trip and landed at this great apartment in this 12th South location. Loved everything about it. It is very private even with all of the excitement that this friendly and vibrant neighborhood brings. My favorite was being able to walk out my door and take a walk feeling safe any time of the day or evening. Oh, and the bonus was Frothy Monkey just a few doors down. It's my new, favorite coffee venue!
