Some good, some not so good.
Visiting our daughter in Nashville, selected this property due to proximity.Check-in was easy, good instructions (but please add # to the end of the code.) Parking lot was packed (until Sunday). Ended up parking at daughter's first two nights (although there was some street parking close by, the spaces near the entrance filled up by 4:15pm.)Entryway was a little tired. Apartment was VERY CLEAN! Kitchen was very well equipped, everything looked new! Turn-table was a nice touch.As we unpacked, found that the only place for clothing was a 'closet', no door, with 10 hangers. No dresser. No shelves (maybe add these where the washer and dryer would go?)One of the reviews we read prior said LOUD. On the nightstand when we checked in were several pairs of new, packaged, ear-plugs. This was both thoughtful and worrisome at the same time. Was noisy late Friday afternoon and early evening Appeared to be several units occupied by college aged kids, so not a surprise. Not sure how noisy Saturday afternoon/evening was as we did not return until appx midnight. Soundproofing was weak, guest above was just walking across the floor (not talking, not stamping his feet) and it was loud.Would strongly suggest a peep hole for the entry door. At about 11:30pm we did have someone knocking loudly on our door, saying "this is Daniel! This is my apartment, let me in!" I replied loudly from inside "this is not the right apartment, please go away", fortunately, he did leave.
