Clean and spacious!

This was by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed in. I did not see any dust, crumbs, bugs or anything! It was very spacious for our group of 11 and was decorated so well!

National Beta Trip

We enjoyed our 3 story Stay Minty townhouse with 4 families who were in Nashville for a BETA competition held at the Gaylord Hotel. The home was beautifully decorated and our Hostess was amazing and provided everything we would want or need! Her eye for detail was amazing! She even provided an adorable piece of canvas art that gave ideas of places to eat and drink, as well as places to visit. We were very pleased with our stay!

Let’s get nasty bachelorette

Great property for a gals group!!! We each had our own bed, own room, but the group adjacent to us was LOUD. Heard the through the lower bedroom walls for hours into the morning. Kitchen was missing key items like paper towels, cutting knife for charcuterie board, etc. BUT this place was gorgeous, spacious, and OH SO CLEAN. Would definitely stay again!!!!

Minty Fresh!

We were all pleasantly surprised at how clean, roomy and convenient the property was. It was even nicer than the photos online. The slider door to the outside patio was key and the table and chairs there served as our morning meeting area for coffee and donuts. The theme throughout the house is so much fun and festive for Nashville visitors! It really got us into the spirit. Your thoughtful welcome cards and balloons celebrating our parents 60th Anniversary was icing on the cake. Thank you!!!! A few suggestions include adding mirrors… perhaps full length on the back of the bedroom doors. Also, another larger chair in the living room would make it more comfortable for all to sit around.

21st Birthday Celebration

Great place to stay with a short drive to Broadway and Five Points area! We loved walking in with the house set up with birthday decorations that was a very thoughtful touch. The home was very large with enough space for everyone to sprawl out. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We had no issues at all and would rent again! Our only comments we heard throughout the weekend was how cold the upstairs bunk room water was and the fact that the house severely lacked mirrors! Two of the downstairs bedrooms did not have mirrors and there was not a full length mirror anywhere in the house. The living room could use an additional couch or two chairs. We lacked comfortable seating with our large group. Beyond that though the decor was adorable and the bedrooms were a great size. It was also nice having closet space and a bathroom right off the kitchen. Communication with the owner was incredible, they even brought in our instacart order before we got there! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location and layout!

Your home is beautiful and the location was perfect! Easy to get to everything we wanted to go to. Downtown was only 1.3 miles away and most everything else was within 10 mins. I24 only 5 mins away. We loved the birthday decorations --very sweet gesture. Party atmosphere with strobe lights. Loved the bedroom layout-3 on first floor with one room with 2 sets of bunk beds and two others with king size beds. 3rd floor master own bath and large 2 bunk bed room with big bath. No TVs in upstairs and bottom bunk bed room. Main level is just like pictures-gorgeous. No problems over the weekend. Only suggestion is the large shower water needs to be hotter. My daughter and our party of 8 had plenty of space to spread out. It was a great landing place for us while visiting the sites in the area. Thank you so much!! Would love to rent again for my girls weekend in 2022.

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway!

The cutest rental I've ever stayed at! The country themed decor, the disco balls and lights all made this the best place to stay for a girls weekend. We loved it!
