Thoughtfully designed with a cozy, welcoming vibe, this home offers a peaceful retreat after a day exploring Music City. While there is no separate living room, the open-concept kitchen and dining area provides the perfect space to gather, share meals, and relax together.
🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: king bed + twin ottoman that converts, TV, ensuite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 2: Full-size bunk bed + queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, ensuite bathroom with shower
Bedroom 3: Queen-size bed, TV, desk & chair, ensuite bathroom with shower
Each bedroom features plush bedding, stylish decor, and plenty of storage, ensuring a comfortable and restful stay for everyone.
Living room- The back of the couch lays down flat and there is an ottoman that converters to a twin size bed.

🌳 Step outside to explore Centennial Park, stroll by the full-scale Parthenon replica, or grab coffee at a nearby café.
🎶 Just a short drive away, you’ll find Broadway’s honky-tonks, Midtown nightlife, The Gulch, and historic Music Row.
🚪Entrance: Located at the back of the building. If dropped off in front, walk through the parking lot to access the rear entry. The unit is on the second floor—please note there is one flight of stairs to reach it.

Shared parking lot behind the building (first-come, first-served)
Plenty of free street parking nearby
🧼 Starter Amenities Provided:
We offer a basic set of starter supplies for your stay: ✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
✔ 2 rolls of paper towels
✔ 1 cleaning sponge
✔ A few K-cups or a small bag of ground coffee
Whether you`re here for business, a family visit, or a weekend getaway, this well-located and thoughtfully appointed apartment is the perfect home base for your Nashville adventure.

We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150
1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
