Great location for larger groups

really appreciated the location and the properties' size and arrangement.Made our 20 person group feel 'together' without crowding by leasing the 5 units. Loved the central courtyard area with grill, permitting our group to enjoy the place as we discussed work and events.

Magnolia Avant Stay Nashville

The unit was great. Plenty of room, great kitchen which was well stocked with dishes. The common area was very nice with several sitting areas and a nice grill. We had a glitch at check in that the door code didn’t work but the staff were very responsive and I understand that the problem is being addressed with a permanent fix
