Disliked: Communication

Technically speaking, there was nothing wrong with the booking. The utilities all worked as told, the room was clean, and there were no unwanted visitors. Only thing was that there was as no “real” contact info of whoever the owner is. All contact was handled through a chat agent. Would I stay here again? Yeah probably.
