View was great from balcony. I had seen other reviews that the kitchen lacked enough eating utensils and as far as pots there were only 2 small pots. Had to cook pasta in small batches. I had hoped that the issue had been resolved before our arrival. Even with that said I would recommend the condo.

The unit was very clean and rental agency was very responsive to any request. We want to return again next year.

Had a great time, second time in Navarre, first time staying at Beach Colony resort. The only issue we found was that the remote for the TV in the living room wouldn't work for turning up the volume, so really couldn't hear it and the master bath shower door didn't close all of the way. Other than that, the condo was great☺️

Very clean and enjoyed our stay so much. Wish it had chairs that came with the condo we had that with the other places we had stayed in this complex and it made it so nice. The balcony doors are really hard to open and close and made it hard to get in and out. And there were limited pots for cooking, old scratched up pots so I would bring a few next time if we stay here again. But overall great place for the five of us.

There was duck tape on the lock which was not a big deal. There was a problem with roaches. I called management who was very professional and scheduled pest control to spray. The beds were very comfortable.

Nice to have a lot of the furnishings of home while staying at the beach. Only issue that we had with the condo was the amount of bugs. Looked like water bugs. Could have been small roaches. Not sure. For the amount of money we paid, we would have expected better. Last review mentioned bugs. I do not think the property manager has done anything about the bugs yet. We had bugs crawling on the counter while we were cooking. Was not the most appealing thing to see near the food. Cleaniness was a 1 because of bugs. Management was a 3 due to them telling me that I would receive a text when the condo was ready. They never did. I would not reccomend this property strictly due to the bugs. Once that is fixed, then I would be able to reccomend to a friend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo building, amenities and the beach were amazing! It was quick access to the beach, which was beautiful and the service providing the shades and chairs was so convenient and nice. I would recommend this facility overall, but not this specific condo. The condo itself (5E) looked nice, but did not turn out to be good quality. The pots and pans were cheap and barely usable (we had pan residue in our eggs every morning due to the poor quality), the refrigerator was old and got so cold that we had seltzer water explode overnight, the sheets were pilling and the bed was very uncomfortable. The pillows felt like they were $5 when they were bought and had now been used for about 10 years. There were only two pillows on the bed and two extras in the closet that did not come with sheets, so they were unusable. The bedroom floor is tile and there is no rug, so the sand that inevitably gets into the condo ends up in the bed with you as there’s nowhere to wipe your feet before getting in. The washer and dryer are also outdated. The washer worked but the dryer didn’t - luckily we were able to use my parents dryer next door, but if we didn’t have family in the condo next to us, we would have been hang drying everything. As I mentioned, my parents had the condo next to us and that one was very, very nice - this one felt like it’s owned by a company that’s looking for profit only instead of looking out for guest comfort. We will definitely be visiting this facility again, but will not be staying in 5E.

The parking pass didnt work for us- someone else parked in our spot the entire week, so unfortunately, we had to park in a spot that wasn't reserved. We did have issues with the AC fan the first day but they fixed it right away. We would definitely return.

The staff and grounds were great. The pool and beach were pristine as usual. But 5E is disgusting, outdated and we left early. We had brown roaches! Everywhere! In the bathrooms, hallways, living rooms, everywhere! And inside all the kitchen cabinets. It was gross. The staff came and exterminated quickly but the problem persisted and we left our vacation early because there was no other unit to move to. This unit also had a very sparsely and cheaply appointed kitchen and the furniture was old and outdated. Do not rent 5E

I was in a hurry to find something and should have paid better attention. The location of the property was great and the management staff was very professional and quick to respond. We initially had an issue with the refrigerator not keeping our items cold and was told since it was a same-day turn around sometimes it takes 24 hours for the frig to cool back down. I was worried it was going to ruin the over $200 worth of food I had just purchased. Frig is very old and struggled to keep things cold. The unit was clean and the furnishings inside were nice. The king bed only had 2 small pillows However, the outside furniture was lacking. First, the unit is for 6 people but there is only a warped table with 4 uncomfortable chairs (where are the other 2 people supposed to sit) and the table is so warped that you cannot put anything on it without it falling off. We ended up pulling our beach chairs on the balcony and sitting in them. When you are at the beach where do you spend most of your time? On the balcony or on the beach - or at least my family does. We like to eat out on the balcony. Also the balcony doors are horribly hard to open (I actually hurt my lower back trying to open and close them). I did see this in prior reviews also (that I read after I booked). The pool is large and never seemed overcrowded. There are several restaurants very close to the property that were very good. (Dewey Dustin's was our favorite) Again, I would rent a unit in this property again but would not ever rent 5E again.

This was our first trip to Navarre and we loved it. Low key island with easy access across bridge to grocery, etc. We went into Pensacola one night with the most beautiful drive through the island. The condo was big and very clean. The balcony was amazing with a great view. Parking was super close. Elevators were never crowded. The only cons: The kitchen wasn't as stocked with cooking utensils like I am used to. Booking was through a rental company, so communication was minimal. I am used to renting from private owners that communicate more. The one big drawback for my family with children was that the pool was not heated. During our Fall Break trip in October, it was too cold to swim.

Everything was very comfortable. We will stay there again. The only issue was the sliding door to the balcony was hard to open and close. No lock on the door. The sliding door in the master bedroom would not open at all.
