Pal House Vacay

This was a great house to stay in for our vacation! The location was awesome. It is close to many stores, restaurants, and the bridge to get to the beach! The backyard with the grill and gazebo was great to have! Also having the pool table located in the garage was a good break from the beach! We would defintely stay here again!

Quick get away

We rented the Pal House just about a week before we visited Navarre. The rental process was so smooth, the property management stayed in contact the entire time before and during our stay. The house was clean, great location, and overall was just a great unplanned vaca. Will be back for sure!

Nice but issues

Nice place and location, but a safety issue that was identified and communicated to the management company was not addressed as identified via the texting. Also identified another issue that the cleaning people MUST have known about so that was also a disappointment. Overall cleanliness was OK but found hair around furniture feet and in corners.

Decent stay and relatively convenent

The place was sufficient for our needs during a short stay. There were a few issues worth mentioning: there was a roach one evening, and the patio table shown in the pictures was missing. The exterior door’s electronic locks were also tricky. They didn't work correctly all of the time. Additionally, the trundle bed turned out to just be a futon mattress on the floor, with the futon cabinet itself badly broken. The couch was not a pull-out as we had expected.That said, we still managed to have a hey day. It was a decent spot for the brief time we needed it, and in a crunch, I’d stay there again.
