“The bathroom floor tiles were broken”

“Overall the property is clean and well maintained. Rooms are well appointed and clean. But we couldn’t get any sleep because of all the noise that refrigerator and air conditioner made. Every hour or so the ice maker would pull water loudly and then make and drop ice. We didn’t get any sleep because of that.”

“The accommodation experience was excellent.”

“Very clean, helpful friendly staff. Great location close to old town and onsite parking.”

“The location of this hotel is great, easy access to the freeway, walking distance to old town, restaurants and bar. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast because maybe I didn’t select the option. The sawmill is very close and we had plants of choices there. I would stay here again.”

“The staff were consistently pleasant and helpful. The restaurant had a tasty breakfast as well as their other meal options.”

“Loved it”

“床单很脏”

“Toilet and shower didn’t work , dirty place ! Staff seems to not really care and breakfast was horrible”

“Great breakfast, modern and clean hotel”

“The headboards, desk chair, and lounger were all covered in nasty stains. There was a prong stuck in an electric outlet in the bathroom. The “fridge” is a mini fridge (like the ones that are 1 feet tall) and placed directly on the floor. Felt like a pig in lipstick. Thought we were going to stay at a nice place and it’s comparable to a one star motel.”

“Excellent hotel”
