Very disappointed. No Wi-Fi was available in the room during the entire stay. We had to sit in the bar or use mobile data. The staff were extremely slow. At breakfast, it took 40 minutes to an hour for someone to come and take our order, another 40 minutes to serve the food, and another 30 minutes to process payment. The card machine did not always work. I paid in cash once and waited 20 minutes for the waitress to bring my change. I had to leave without receiving it because I had a boat waiting for me. In total, it took two hours in the restaurant.
This was our third time staying at the hotel, as we liked the less crowded beach compared to other hotels, but it will be our last due to the very poor service throughout the entire stay.
