“住宿體驗很好 飯店服務人員態度極為親切。但是在飯店的餐廳點了米飯不熟的壽司。跟餐廳反應時 只得到“主廚是都是這樣煮的，沒有問題”。 很遺憾 得不到適當的處理”

“The staff were very helpful and easy to deal with. The view was spectacular and the location is perfect for the full noumea experience. Will definitely stay again.”

“Very peaceful. Friendly couple. Lady speaks English. Off the beaten track. Last bit 1.5 km dirt road and very steep entrance path. Use 1st gear to get up. Hard to find. No signage on entrance to dirt road.”

“We asked the front desk staff to book a taxi to the ferry and he booked a private car and the price is three time higher than taxi. When I ask why it is so expensive. He replied that they charged by person. I have never booked a car which charged you by person in the world. As a world- known hotel, such a thing could never happen.”
