「Great time at this beautiful house for our family New Year’s trip. Nice decor and very comfortable for our large group. There were 3 king, 1 queen, and a set of full over full bunk beds which is hard to find. The elevator made it very easy to traverse the 4 levels with ease as we had our elderly parents with us. The hot tub is an added perk for those cold winter nights. We also rented the 4 seater golf cart which made exploring Carolina Beach fun. Communication with Melissa was excellent. I...

「We had a very nice stay...check in was easy and we were able to check in a little early to beat rainy weather. The house was a good fit for all of us--8 in total...6 adults and 9 and 11 year old girls.The kitchen was well stocked, and we made use of it for breakfasts and lunches. 「Wonderful property and location! We booked for the holidays. Kitchen had all supplies needed to host a family Thanksgiving. Area was very quiet, location of property had easy access to all things. Elevator is a huge plus. Beds very comfortable. Management team was fast and responsive to needs during stay. Would book again. 」

「We had a great time during our stay at this condo! We have come to Carolina beach for a few years and usually stay on the ocean side, but decided to give the basin side a try. We loved it! Nice and calm yet so close to the beach! Just a short block walk. You can see the beach access from the condo parking. Also just a few minute walk to the pier. "During our stay, the elevator was completely out of service, and we had to climb the stairs many times. In the breakfast room, one of the younger waiters had a very bad attitude and was extremely slow, except for one staff member who was fine. The air conditioner in the room was extremely loud. If you’re not a heavy sleeper, I really wouldn’t recommend staying here—you’ll feel like you’re sleeping on a train all night."
