My husband and I loved our stay here. Upon arrival, we had an issue with the lock pad to our room, they immediately tried fixing the issue and when they couldn’t, they upgraded us to a balcony room. Hotel is extremely clean and well kept. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Hotel is walkable to everything in the French quarter but far enough away that it’s quiet and perfect place to get some R&R. My husband and I will definitely be booking again for our next trip.

Staff was great, room was just ok. Really needs updating. The thermostat looks at least 40 yrs old and couldn't be adjusted. Also didn't realize the balcony was not private, and I felt uncomfortable staying there alone with another person able to access my room if I had the door open or wasn't careful to latch it.
