Great place for large group!

We enjoyed our stay. We had a large group and it accommodated everyone well. There's no connecting door between the units but it all worked out perfectly. The place was very nice and exactly how it is pictured. Location was perfect. We were able to take the trolly to Canal Street without any issues.

Great spot in NOLA for a larger group

The property was amazing! I love that it was divided into two suites but still felt like one communal unit. Great amenities and very convenient to all the action in New Orleans. We stayed as a group of 7 on a bachelor party and it rocked.

The home is an adorable classic double-shotgun NOLA-style home. But it is literally still a double shot-gun, as in it is two seperate homes with two seperate entrances and two seperate kitchens and living rooms. Three bedrooms and one bathroom in each property. This is not obvious from the description at all. As we were traveling with 5 children, this was quite shocking. Luckily we had a enough adults to put a few on each side so that the kids weren't in one of the properties alone. Both homes were very clean with plenty of towels and lovely furniture and decor. Ample on-street parking and a very convenient walk to the trolley on St Charles Street. The next-door neighbors made it very clear that they were not happy that the place was being rented out to short-term renters. They weren't agressive, but extremely rude. We just made sure to smile and say hi no matter how they much they tried to make it clear that they were annoyed that renters had arrived. It was only an issue on the first day and by the second day, they were at least nodding back even if they still refused to smile.
