"Staff is very attentive. Room had a broken safe and phone had no cords. Elevator problems. A little run down but great location. "

"Our first room had a horrible odor and we were given a king instead of two queens. The next day they gave us a room with double and hotel credit for the restaurant during our stay. If we weren’t persistent, not sure we would have received room and credit. In the end they made it right, but we had to stay on it."

"This hotel is beautiful! The staff is that of a four-star hotel. We had one small issue that was rectified quickly. We were a little nervous to have a room assigned on the first floor of the hotel as a jazz band was performing around the corner from the room location, but we heard nothing outside of the normal hotel sounds (doors closing, etc.). The hotel location is ideal. Step outside and you'll find restaurants, shops, tours, vendors and beautiful parks nearby. Would highly recommend this property and will likely stay there again! P.S. We Uber'ed everywhere that was too far to walk. Would recommend that in lieu of car rentals. "

"The room was clean but no bedspread on the beds and you could see the box mattress with nothing covering it. The clerk would only check us in if we paid an extra $75…, when we didn’t want to pay that she said will just pay me $45 and I ‘ll give you 2 drink tickets and let you check in. So she kept the $45 fit herself. The rest of the ckerks we had were Really nice and honest. I doubt I’ll ever stay there again. Seems really run down. Very tired looking. "
