An Adventurous Stay

We are five women who flew to New Smyrna under hurricane Milton warnings. The condo was perfect for our needs, three bedrooms with comfortable beds, three beds, a full kitchen, large living and dining room spaces, and a large balcony with great ocean and sunrise views and sunset views out the back. We also took advantage of the amenities, including the sauna, workout room, and easy access to the beach. Unfortunately, under mandatory evacuation orders, we left the property for Savannah, Georgia. When we returned, water had entered the condos, mostly through seepage around the windows and doors. The property management company saved the day. A few minutes after we arrived back, a housekeeper arrived to mop up the water, sweep and clean the floors, and change the bedding, which was moist from moisture in the air. Fortunately, neither the beds nor furniture had any direct damage. This is the kind of professional, immediate response you hope for from a property management company, and we appreciate the quick and polite response. They also promptly returned the money owed us for the mandatory evacuation nights. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful beach.

Everything was great except the elevator was down for over 24 hours. We were on the seventh floor-not fun. Property management had poor communication with us during the downtime. Supervisor was supposed to call me but never did. It is an ADA issue as there is only one elevator. Otherwise a perfect week.

Family vacation

The condo was a beautiful place to stay for my family. We had a very nice time. We had a few issues with the amenities but the leasing company came right out and fixed them. I would recommend this place to anyone.
