Excellent day, especially for the price!

Beautiful location in the flower district easy to walk too many locations as well as Subway stations close by. Staff was very kind and responsive very clean!

Good price, safe hotel, fantastic location. But... room was a bit worse for wear, dirty (not filthy). It's a perfectly fine place if you're looking to save money - but with about 10 hotels in the near few blocks, they need to slap a few coats of paint on the rooms and maybe do a bit of deep cleaning. Staff was very friendly. Loved the breakfast guys vibe - put me a good mood for the day.

Very nice place, for the value.

The staff were AMAZING! the bed was stiff, to me. The pillows, I felt, were too soft. Hand soap in the bathroom would have been helpful.

Property was perfect location to walk to many places and hop on a subway... A/C was not working two nights out of the three we were there and it was hot in the room. We were gone for most of the day and hoped to come back to a cool room but nope. Sleeping and sweating was not cool.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean, but it showed signs of wear and tear. The breakfast included in the price was very limited but adequate. The gym is so tiny, as is the business centre. I would have classified this hotel as a 3 star, and not a 4. However I felt safe, and the price was reasonable so I would consider staying here again.

I found the doorman/security to be more helpful and friendlier than your front desk staff. The hotel is very strict about check-out and check-in. Front desk staff could benefit from additional customer service training.
