不滿：客房舒適度
Simple, easy, not much to it.
Staff was good, accommodating, with late check in and late check out, breakfast was good, coffee maker and small fridge in the room, towels, quality of bed and pillows very nice!
On a negative side, staff would smoke outside and with window being over the front door, smoke would come into the room, if staff must smoke maybe they can go somewhere else if its a none smoke hotel, halls did smell of cigarette smoke. For a new Hotel few negative surprises, shower head was spraying out at the connection, door handle on the bathroom door was not even connected to the door itself, had to lift door to close it so it would get into the door frame, room size is small if there was no wall i could have reached toilet from my bed.
Overall it is a good hotel but not to hang out inside, but to drop in to shower and sleep and get going, with a last minute reservation and availability and staff flexibility that is appreciated.
