“It was a good stay ”

“Room was very clean. Reception staff helpful. Breakfast is a bonus. Carlos on the bar was lovely. As an overnight stay on route to another destination this fitted the bill. I’d stay here again. ”

“Stayed for one night but the room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious and in clean and spacious room. Would surely stay again if in Northampton. ”

“For the bargain price we paid (I think £57) we could not fault this hotel. Free parking and only a 17 min walk to a gig we'd booked at The Picturedrome. Comfy bed, adequate shower, lots of tea/coffee, warm.”

“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“The location of the hotel was not in the town centre which was misleading. The staffs were helpful and the restaurant near the hotel provided good and .cheap food”

“這間酒店是沒有冷氣設備，只提供風扇，夏天可能會有一點熱。 早上酒店樓下會有清潔人員用機械掃地，會有一點聲響，可能會影響休息。 如果你想去 University of Northampton 的話，地點是一流，酒店位於大學內，十分方便。步行前往 Northampton 市中心大概 15分鐘，也是十分方便。”

“Very conveniently located right next to the big mall. They use “The White Conpany” products which is very good.”

“Super quiet location, rooms were beautifully done and recently refurbished. Very much liked the underfloor heating in the bathroom and super comfy bed. The communal area and restaurant were closed when we visited but there is a fab deli, 2 mins up road and linked to wider Castle Ashby estate. Overall a gem of a hotel and ideal for quiet break to relax and refresh. ”

“Very good but other parties and the bar area was very noisy. Fighting in the corridors by other guests during the night was very unnerving ”
