Great location in the centre of town. I stayed in the club room. It was clean with the exception on the toilet bowl which needed a good scrubbing. The bed was comfortable. Lovely cottage with all the amenities that we required. Situated in a quiet village within close proximity of Penrith. Nice welcome box with tea, coffee etc and even treats for the dog.
