「Great property, great location, great host」

「We love the Edgewater House & Sea Colony & Bethany. We have stayed there several times in various units. This unit was as advertised. Everything we needed & great view. We had an issue with the AC which they took care of immediately. Our only negative is we always like to eat out on the balcony. Most of the other units we've stayed at usually had a high table & chairs to eat at. But this is just our preference. Nothing to take away from this unit. Thx for another great time. ❤️☀️🏖️🌊🐬」

「check in was a little confused.. pushed me to pay for amenities we had no intention of using. ( gym and pool ) . no drip coffee maker, couldnt navigate the kourig .. otherwise pretty smooth sailing」

「The property was great and exactly as listed. The check in and out process was incredibly easy. Everything was clean and in great shape upon our arrival. We loved our stay and had a really wonderful time. The only complaint is that the two twin beds are truly one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept on. You can actually feel the springs in the mattresses. One bed has a pad that made it a little better but the other one has no pad and is unbearably uncomfortable and could not to be...

Once in the house we discovered there weren’t any clean sheets or towels. Again, a call to Frank resulted in delivery of items within an hour or so but we missed a dinner reservation while waiting.
