“I had a little trouble checking in due to me not having internet access. It would have been better if I had received the info the day before. Wi-fi was a little difficult but the host helped out well. The facilities was great. The location is central to everything in Richmond. . Plenty of room an everything we needed.”

“They were working on the siding a couple of mornings but everything else was top notch.”

“The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle.”
