“We stayed on the top floor with our guest from home country, Japan. We had some concerns about bed bugs based on past reviews, but we didn’t see any signs and had great time with fantastic view.

“The location is great. Only a few minutes to the center. 10 min walk To the station.
There is a big parking just in front of the apartment (19pm- 8am free). Normal price is 2chf per hour.
Very clean apartment. The host provided everything needed for cooking, even the oil and salt. Many restaurants around if you want to eat outside.
Good communication during the whole stay. Thank you ! We will definitely come back. ”

“Extremely clean and beautiful views! Would stay again. About an hour and a half from Grindelwald and a bit less to Lauterbrunnen. Just keep in mind there is an a 40 min windy canyon ride included between the space and main tourist attractions. Also loved that there was a bakery and restaurants within walking distance. One of the dinner spots stated open till 10pm so that was amazing. ”

“Great place. Easy check in and out. Juliet the host was helpful and was easy to contactLarge flat central to everything you want to do not just in Interlaken, but in the Switzerland. You don’t need a car. Just get a Swiss pass and take the train and or bus where you like. Bus stop right across the street. If you want a car for a day trip. “I could not have been more pleased with our stay in Wengen. I initially booked our stay for a property in Lauterbrunnen and a maintenance issue forced the owner to cancel just a few weeks before our trip. I found Julie’s property she helped me book quickly. I was a little nervous to book a property with NO reviews, but seeing that Julie was a super host gave me the confidence to book anyway. The pictures very accurately show the property. The kitchen is small but mighty! We cooked breakfast……

“This place was so peaceful and amazing! Easy check in at the train station when you arrive, and about a 10 min walk mostly downhill (so uphill on the way back). The most beautiful views of Lauterbrunnen valley. Lovely porch to sit out on, comfy couches, stocked kitchen, washer dryer in unit. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!”

"Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful.
Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time."

"The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient.
Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome."

"Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room.
Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive. Breakfast selection is very limited compared to other hotels of similar grade. Tiny elevator due to the building being old.
Overall, the service could be better for the price of this hotel. "
