Great Condo and Great Location

The condo was great. It was exactly as listed. The views were spectacular and the condo was neat and clean. The property is located close to Eagle and Palm beaches. It is very close to Super Food, which was convenient. We used to stay at a resort very close by, but needed more space. The unit provided the space that we needed. Will definitely stay again.

Amazing Family Vacation

Our unit at the Blue Residences was tremendous. Location was perfect for the beach and the ocean view was spectacular! Great walk to Palm Springs, Eagle Beach and the grocery store. The property was immaculate and the pools were really enjoyable. The fitness center was great and the entire staff was wonderful. Can’t wait to come back again!!

Condo itself was beautiful

We stayed at Blue due to being in middle of everything. Location was perfect Condo very clean and comfortable for both of us The property manger was very slow to respond majority of the time . In the pool all the tiles (all around the pool )were coming off the ledge and didn’t see them coming up from under the water grabbed the side and sliced my hand open . Good thing I brought my Skin glue . Pool closed at 7 pm everyday which was not good due to us loving the evening to swim says 8 pm in handbook . No smoking in pool area , people smoking . Our neighbors were so loud every night on their balcony that it was hard to sleep . Pounding on walls nightly. So I believe the staff goes home and just makes us deal with any issues ourselves . The gate woman daily was rude and she was not allowing us to get back in daily with out showing our ids . Rude to our driver too who picked us up daily My review is not based on condo and its owner . That part was very nice , it’s the people at property management
