"I booked for five nights with children and was put on a side of the building that was basically inside of a construction site. The noise was unbearable. I asked to be moved for any portion of my booking. First I was told there was nothing available. Then I was told I could be accommodated. Then I was told that I could not be accommodation. I was asked to leave and check out and I would be refunded my last two nights. I did what I was told and then when Expedia tried to negotiate my refund, management at the hotel ignored them and Expedia gave up trying to help me. I am disappointed with both the hotel and Expedia. At no point was I told about the construction. There was no compensation for that at all. I feel there were significant misrepresentations. I followed directions and now I am out hundreds of dollars. It basically ruined my trip. "
