“Very run down and basic but in a great location and relatively clean. All the critical reviews before ours are not inaccurate. Here is our experience: The Miami Beach Boardwalk is very close but the unit can get very noisy at night with vehicle and pedestrian traffic on Collins Ave and with some of the 'windows' being plastic panels with gaps. The shower drain was super slow and backing up but we bought a jug of Draino which helped. The unit has the very basics of what you need to stay in a……

“The property was in excellent condition. It looks just like the images being advertised. A nice little cozy atmosphere that will sleep about 3 people and not a five being advertised. It will sleep 5 if two are children. I did not hear from the host throughout the trip only at the beginning to notify me that the microwave and stove were not working and they put an air fryer in the kitchen to use. This information should have been shared prior to checkin. Otherwise, the facility is well kept, not……
