「Staff were impeccable. Food excellent.
Whole standard of the place was top class. Just a few minor points to note & could be improved - bedroom window could not be opened to let in fresh air & badly needed dusting. Not enough electrical sockets & could have been better positioned close to mirror for make up, hair etc. Other than that, it was a beautiful atmospheric and classy hotel and full of character. 」

「Friendly welcoming staff really made the stay. Rooms are a bit dated and breakfast wasn’t great, and the pool changing rooms had a smell, but overall decent and we’d stay again.」

「Staff at Oulton Hall are the stand out feature. From check in to Oliver in the restaurant to the waiting staff at breakfast, all are well above expectations.
Old school service where staff wait for you to pass rather than rushing to get where THEY need to be is actually quite refreshing these days.
Can some things be improved, sure but this hotel has a lovely pool, great dinner and breakfast and just a lovely vibe.
Check it out, for the most of us, it’s a wonderful experience. 」

「Perfectly positioned just off of the motorway. Free parking close to the door. Room was of ample size for the family. Pool facilities were great. Breakfast was excellent. 」

「酒店是很不錯的，停車也是免費的，工作人員都很熱情。有恆溫泳池，不過不知道是不是真正的溫泉水，SPA也沒有時間做，留待下次吧。謝謝！」
