"Not sure how this hotel is rated as a four star hotel, I think because of the location. Room was dirty and curtains had holes in them. Main and Bathroom Doors were hard to close and needed maintenance, making loud noises when trying to force them to close. No parking available through the hotel. "

"We had a very pleasant and satisfying stay at the Element Hotel Times Square, New York. The overall experience was excellent, and the service provided truly exceeded our expectations. In particular, we would like to express our appreciation to Mr. John E at the restaurant. He was exceptionally kind, attentive, and humble in assisting us, making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel to others."

"This is a great boutique hotel near the theaters and Times Square. Rooms are a bit small but that would be typical for the area. There is no breakfast provided and I believe you can use a local gym nearby but it was too cold for us the look for it. Nice place. I would probably book this hotel again in the future. "
