"The room was good. Had a few coat hanging and door stopper unfixed. This should have been fixed prior to new arrivals. Also sometimes the water wouldn’t get hot. It took extra time to turn hot. Otherwise a great place and location. Lovely staff"

Great location in walking proximity to many key attractions but also tucked away from the hustle and bustle if looking for some quiet downtime. Rooms and bathrooms are smaller than what we were use too but I feel like most of NY hotels are. "

"This hotel is in a great location. The rooms are good sizes for NY hotel rooms. The only complaint was an elevator was out so the waits were long. Would definitely return and recommend."
