「The hotel is clean, with comfortable beds and well-kept, spacious bathrooms. Breakfast is included and offers a nice variety of hot and cold options. The downside was the location of our room; we were on the first floor, and both nights the loud noise from people partying outside- voices and music going late made it difficult for us to sleep. If you book here, I would recommend requesting a room farther from the street level to avoid the noise. Aside from that, it was a good stay.」

「Please read carefully, one portion of the property is a hostel and the other portion is a hotel. I accidently booked a hostel room, thankfully I was able to upgrade to a regular room. This is in east Austin, there is a lot of night life in this area, so do keep that in mind as well. I was grateful that I was able to upgrade my room, I understood the price discrepancy was my fault and didn't mind any increase in the price, I understood it was short notice. 「Ok si when checking in I would rate the staff horrible. But the next day with different staff they were incredible. However there was a terrible ringing in the bathroom Then a dog didn’t stop barking. Altogether it was not a great stay. But I think the staff who corrected the terrible attitude of check in.」
