「超級dirty,房有臭味！！！Sofa bed unable to work normally.」

「乾淨、離機場巴士站近，早餐不錯。」

「very close to the Bristol airport, very convenient if you arrive late night no reception or staff there to server (but it is very OK, so price is cheaper than others), just arrive and you can get into your room, nice decor new room, suggest to install a shower curtain because the water makes the toilet all wet (beware of the goat, haha)」

「The location was good, within 10-15 walking distance to city centre. A big car park nearby (5/10min walk) . Room was clean and fair size for the price we paid. First time I have stayed in a place provided with hot chocolate drink and biscuits which were a warm touch to the guests. However, the shower we had was painfully slow and unstable to use. 「Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

「Lisa was very thorough and explained everything. She also suggested me the good restaurant and places to visit. Enjoyed my stay」

「The hotel is good and the room is very big. And the staff is helpful. Breakfast is delicious. But just we stay in Aug and hotel no air-conditioning. Day time may hot but evening is suitable.」

「房間寬敞舒適, 早餐的熱食可以 order 然後飯店立刻準備; 無線網路使用正常; 戶外風景好, 視野也夠遠; 由於距離市中心有一段的步行距離, 若是有開車會比較方便」

「Convenient with great cathedral view (room 2) . Very steep staircase so unsuitable for anyone disabled. Right in the centre of the city but little traffic noise.」

「Definitely a great location, very friendly welcome, great for tranquillity.」

「There was holes in the floor, the corners were dusty, and not just oh they forgot to dust, this has been built up like they only bother to vacum the centre. The floorboards does creak, the doors are loud when trying to sleep.」
