“We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. “We had a very enjoyable time at this resort! It is clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. We met the GM who is very friendly and welcoming! It is few steps away from the amazing beach. The food is delicious and there is bar/grill on the beach. We stayed for New Year’s Eve, and the planned events were very entertaining! We will definitely be back and encourage anyone who is seeking a smaller quiet relaxing resort to stay here!”

“elp not to offer services like the spa unless they’re actually available, or at least post when they are and how much notice is needed. The food was decent, but it would be nice to have a little more variety or different options each day. Some of the servers could also use a bit of basic training — for example, my coffee had some grounds in it and came without milk, the toast arrived but no butter or jam, and the juice glass was barely half full. Just a few small improvements like these would……
