“This resort is fantastic but personally i feel paying extra to be signature level wasnt really work it. I dont feel like we had and priority when making resturant reservations, because of this we werent able to dine in one of the restaurants on day one, we tried to do the walk up and see if they could get us in and where told to come back at 730, when we did they told us the just took a large group in and couldnt guarantee how long it would take to get service. after traveling all day we just……

“There are few complaints but we did have tiny ants in our room. This is a carribean issue but i did ask for this to be rectified twice and was told the room would be sprayed. It was not. Tip; dont leave any food or drink out not even crumbs. Having said that there were ants in the bathroom also.”

“I get it that this property is a sustainable eco resort. But that said, there were some design and layout aspects of the room (hut) where we stayed that are quite uncomfortable and could even be downright dangerous. We stayed in a 2 level hut. One of the beds was at the lower level, and the bathroom/ toilet is on an open plan across from the bed. So one person would be lying or sitting up in bed and another could be using the toilet, with hardly any partition between them. More dangerous is the……

“Gave a mid review on property maintenance since our building suffered a power loss for around 2 hours during the night and maybe around 3 hours the following day in the evening. There was no communication from the staff so that was disappointing but it was eventually resolved. Everything else was great. That alone spoiled the trip. If the issue is permanently fixed or at least the staff would be more forthcoming, I'd definitely recommend.”
