「Lovely friendly staff」

「We did a 2 night stay at the Atlantic Hotel and while it was generally good, there are a few things that in my opinion do not fit with the luxury hotel vibe that I expected: - The breakfast was mediocre and was all buffet style. Certain things not clarified at check in, a few minor issues with room, some which were dealt with very quickly, others which couldn't be, but were things that should have been known by staff. Staff very friendly and attentive though」
