Las cosas por mejorar son: - Poner colgaderos para las toallas en los baños, literal no hay nada para extenderla para secar o mientras uno se ducha. - entra demasiada luz del corredor en la noche al cuarto. El desayuno estuvo variado los tres días que estuvimos. El servicio estuvo 8/10.”

“Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.”

“We recently returned from San Andrés, and unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. This is not a 5-star property as advertised. The hotel is in serious need of major renovations, and I regret spending so much money to stay there. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was poor. The woman at the front desk was rude and appeared upset, and we experienced a similar attitude from the staff at the bar. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of bottled water.……

“Excelente ubicación, comida restaurantes y desayuno 💯 solo algunos aspectos a mejorar ; el área de la piscina no lo abren si llueve , entonces no hay nada más para hacer en el hotel , el jacuzzi no lo pudimos usar por qué es solo para eventos especiales y por último me hubiera gustado desayunar al aire libre o tomarme un café , pero el lugar lo abren 9 am y yo iba al restaurante desde las 7 am , no podía esperar 2 horas . Entonces si madrugas debes desayunar en un restaurante cerrado”

“Staff was fantastic. Rented a moped from a friend of front desk girl and it was a game changer! $45/day gave us independence and mobility to do whatever we wanted, whenever we wanted. Azure is north of the airport which gave us quiet nights and a sense that we weren’t in an urban area while still being only a 5 min ride to everything”

“This hotel is full of mold bad for health and unpleasant to sleep in. No amenities, no pool and the sheets covered, towels, are dingy, and the beds are extremely old.”

“The property has roaches and ants. The bathrooms and toilets was dirty. The service of the staff was excellent. they tried to help me. They switched the room. but the owner needs to fumigate this hotel. The hallways at night were dark no lights working.”
