“The rooms with 2 beds were very small. Tub/shower and toilet in the bathroom, with sink being in the room right next to bed. Any slightly overweight person would have trouble navigating around the sink to get into the bathroom. Also, no grab bar in shower for support. The restaurant is only open Thursday thru Sunday.”

“Very cute hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice. Just to be aware it’s either on air-conditioning or heating. So you cannot adjust your thermostat if it’s already turned on heat. But they do have two window windows. It will open and do a good draft of there through the room and they also have box fans. We just went last week and it was very pleasant at night.”

“We checked in with two young kids around 10:30pm after our flight got in. Upon checking into our room we realized it was dirty. There was a used robe on the bed and neither bed was made. No clean towels in the bathroom and a visibly dirty shower mat. We went to the front desk to be switched into a clean room so we could move on with our night and get our young kids cleaned up and put to bed. The options we were given was to either wait 30+ minutes while they cleaned the room or switch to a room……

“The manager and staff at this property absolutely ABHOR Expedia customers. They REFUSED to help change a room because I didn't book directly with them. The manager told me she COULD help me if I had booked directly, but WOULDN'T help me because I booked with Expedia. They then LIED to Expedia when Expedia called to make the change.
I had the absolutely WORST hotel experience in my entire life (and I travel a lot). The staff was ABUSIVE. I DID NOT end up staying the 2 nights I booked because I……

“From the welcome cookies and fruit bowl to the butler service offering coffee or tea and chocolates at turn down to the fantastic wine and cheese evening hour to the full continental breakfast, our stay was wonderful. Every detail was thoughtful and the staff could not have been more welcoming. The shuttle service is a nice amenity as well. Beds were luxurious and the room was larger than most newer hotels today. Loved the fireplace in the room. There are so many walkable shops and restaurants……
