「If I was rating the Devil’s armpit, this place would be 5/5. Sadly, I’m not. I’ve stayed in many places and this was the worst I have experienced. I booked weeks in advance through Expedia specifically for a twin room with a private bathroom due to medical needs. The description said “private bathroom”. Days before arrival, the hostel said I had actually booked a bunk-bed room with a shared bathroom. I was told the hostel had made an error, but none of their twin rooms have private bathrooms...
