"Good location but not recommended breakfast "

"Sheets didn’t seem very clean, hairs in them. Although we purchased late check out we were woken up by staff banging on our doors telling us to leave. Who then bluntly apologized and left once we told them. No kettle was a disappointment. Upon check out staff were using profanities among each other and even talking about what they had found and taken from lost property… dodgy…"

"Breakfast was good. English breakfast, fruit bowl, toast, orange juice, coffee m, tea, hot chocolate are all available. Breakfast staff are very quick. Food was hot and enough for us. It is only served between 7 and 9. Ample seating available but I expect it fills up quickly in peak season. Just around the corner from Paddington station and lots of good restaurants"

"The bar could be open later and the staff at breakfast were a bit slow acknowledging we were waiting to be seated. The lobby and reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was superb. "
