"The restaurant seating system is the worst I’ve seen. You have to line up at 5:10 to even get a table at any point that night. Old school magnetic stripe room keys frequently de-magnetize. Rooms are dated. Staff is great. "

"The front desk staff go above and beyond anytime I have stayed here. They were so helpful with my pets and baggage (I was overwhelmed with a new rescue puppy and my other dog and suitcases). Also I love their breakfast buffet! Quick tip- if you take the super early shuttle to check in at the airport you can take it back for a quick breakfast. :) All in all i absolutely love this hotel and all its staff. Highly highly recommend. "

"Very firm bed made it hard for me to sleep. Also your website is incorrect. You do not provide 24/7 shuttle service. "

"Only thing I really had a problem with was the food , the food was horrible I booked a romantic stay so I got to eat at both of the restaurants the private restaurant was soo nasty I’m not a picky eater most days I eat frozen foods I wouldn’t even feed that food to my dog honestly surprised I didn’t get sick , the buffet some days had good food some days had bad food , considering the money I spent for all inclusive I would’ve saved my money just ate off resort "
