“We had to kill 2-3 roaches in our room. The rooms were really outdated because not even usb chargers were available. Price is overkill for the state of hotel.
The sheets were dingy. And towels were dingy too. The pool needed cleaning due to debris but could have been from recent rains.
Staff was nice and breakfast was good.”

“This holiday inn was okay. The price was great for a weekend but the hotel is a little rundown. Only one elevator so expect to wait. The pool and hot tub were good as was the breakfast. The location is great...walking distance to whitecap beach.”

“Bitter Disappointment in Every Way. Wyndham should be ashamed to have its name associated with this miserable place. Room was dirty -- on check-in we found a pile of damp, dirty towels in the wardrobe closet. When I took this disgusting pile down stairs to the main desk, the desk clerk did not apologize; he said nothing, just put on a pair of disposable rubber glovers and scooped up the mess like it was standard operating procedure. “Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”
