"Very clean and quaint. There is definitely noise you can hear from upstairs but not in a way that was bothersome. We enjoyed our stay!"

"Lovely, large room with beams on the ceiling and a very comfortable bed. Clean and inviting. Appreciated the detailed, friendly messages from the host. The building is near a pretty pond and the store downstairs sells coffee for a dollar!"

"This property was a good value. We were in town for a high school graduation so we weren't at the unit very often. The sofa in our unit was old and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was very small. The stairs walking up to the units and our particular unit are very steep. The property manager was very easy to get ahold of and helpful. Overall it is a good value."

"Everything was fabulous, but the access via the spiral staircase was a not for someone physically compromised."

"We and our dog stayed in the small one room suite. It was very clean and had everything we needed: a kitchen, a private bathroom, a very comfortable bed along with a dog bed! The location is in the heart of charming Newburyport yet quiet. We will be back. "

"A really nice place and great location."

"Parking was great...easy access to visiting all of Cape Ann"

"Location is perfect, quiet but close to everything. Listening to the waves in the evening from the deck resets the soul."

"It’s the cutest; has everything you’ll need and only a five minute walk to downtown and on-site parking is a plus! The host is attentive and check-in was a breeze."

"Excellent host, spotless apartment, great location"

"Everything was as advertised. We needed a one night stay to break up our road trip. Check in was as easy as possible. Was clean and comfortable. Would use again if in the area."
