“The island is very beautiful I stayed in a bungalow everything sliver or metal was rusted the shower had mold I had to shower with my slippers on the pool was dirty every day even the salt and pepper on the table was clumped up and holders was rusted”

“The property is run down. Visually it is not what I expected. In the summer the golf greens are completely brown. They do not adjust their green fees. The workout facility is dirty and old. Carpet and equipment is dirty. The tennis courts are not maintained. Everything looks like it’s falling apart paint peeling and wood splitting. The biggest issue is my son got severe food poisoning from the terrace restaurant and tested positive for cyclospora. He remains very sick. When I told the property……

“The hotel room's air conditioning was not working properly, so the room never got as cool as we expected. In addition, there was a lot of noise coming from the street throughout the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
