「Spa was amazing and so were the gardens. Some of the staff were kind and some others were very unhelpful and acted as though clients were a bother. Very difficult to get a taxi so best to have your own vehicle.」

「There is no air con and we struggled to get a fan that worked. When we finally nagged so much that we got a fan, it didn’t do anything but blow hot air around the room so we didn’t sleep at all. The room could do with an upgrade - for £200 a night without breakfast it was a lot when it was a dingy room with huge marks on the carpet. No plug sockets near the bed, only two pinned. 「Firstly, on arrival the allocated bays all had bollards on. I called up and a staff member eventually came out and removed this. Parking is literally opposite the hotel and at £15 a night - till 1pm the following day I was told. Checking in was very easy - I did note the staff member asked if they could do anything for me. 「Excellent service, couldn't have been more helpful. Room was nice, clean but a bit small...if I'd had a big suitcase not sure if it would have fit. Breakfast was generous and delicious. 」
