「The Den was fantastic - clean/plenty of room/kitchen facilities fantastic/bedroom fabulous and great walk in shower - could not fault a single thing about our stay and would recommend to anyone wanting a great break - can walk into Leyburn for shops and good pubs and great walks of the The Dales.」

「The house was lovely, spacious, clean and well stocked with anything you might need. It is in a tranquil village and has plentiful off-road parking. The garden has an excellent view and is so peaceful to sit in. There is a park 2 minutes down the lane, a football field, and if you continue down the lane, there is a pond and a lovely walk around it. It was perfectly located between all the walking areas I wanted to see and complete. When we arrived there was bread, milk and some treats waiting...

「One of my favourite places to stay! Beautiful countryside. Lovely comfortable, characterful rooms with horse racing theme! Friendly staff, and excellent freshly cooked breakfasts made with locally sourced ingredients. Plenty of parking. We stayed on a Tuesday when the main restaurant is closed, but enjoyed our evening meal at the White Goose Pizza Co. which is only minutes walk away.」

「Had a lovely stay here. Welcoming staff on arrival, clean , comfy and spacious rooms, a better than expected gym, and nice food. The rooms were cosy and had everything required, free toiletries in the bathroom which was a nice touch. The gym was great considering it was a hotel gym, lots of equipment and free weights.
